What we collect

When you use our website we may collect: contact details you submit (name, email, phone), information you share about your business, and standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location). When you run a service pilot with us, we process the lead data you provide as a data processor on your behalf.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, deliver and improve our service, send information you requested, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and the performance of a contract where applicable.

Where your data lives

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Any sub-processors we use are bound by GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
